John Jenkins

Fingerstyle Acoustic and Electric Guitarist

John Jenkins has been a performing guitarist and songwriter for over 50 years.

Rooted in the folk, rock, and blues of the 1960's and 70's, he is inspired by fingerstyle icons such as Jorma Kaukonen and Lindsey Buckingham.

His improvised fingerstyle soloing enhances the thoughtfully crafted lyrics of his original tunes, while adding new energy to the occasional cover.

A lifelong D/FW resident, John currently lives in a house on a hill in Burleson, Texas with his wife, Toni Lee.
